Three Man Drinking Game

three man

"Turn the lights off dude, you're killing me."
"What's the matter with you?"
"Three Man."
"Huh?"
"I'm hungover, and I'm going to die. Turn the lights off."
"What's Three Man?"

Three Man, aka 3-Man, is the most simple drinking game on the planet. All you need is dice, booze, people, and possibly somewhere to barf later. The game is so easy that it's a good idea to play it with beer and not liquor, as you can get overloaded quickly.

The game is for two or more players, preferably at least four or five. You will need a table to sit around and a pair of dice to shoot. Everyone takes turn rolling a die until someone rolls a three. That person is Three Man. The person to the left of Three Man goes first rolling the dice, and the numbers on the dice determine who drinks how much.

Any presence of "three" on the dice, whether formed by both dice or rolled on one die, the Three Man drinks. If the Three Man rolls a three or a total of three on their turn, he or she can then pick another Three Man.

Each roll has an action. A total of seven earns forces the player to the right of the roller to drink. A total of nine on the dice means everyone takes a social drink. If an eleven is rolled, the player to the left of the roller drinks. Rolling 2:4, 2:6 or 4:6 gets a passed turn. If you roll 1:4 you must drink with your thumbs touching the table top, and if you roll 1:5 you must drink with your index finger on the side of your nose.

When anyone rolls doubles, you have a roll off. You may either give away both dice to one person, or one dice to two people. If you split the dice, each player drinks whatever they roll. If you give the dice to one person, that person drinks the total on the dice. If the dice roll doubles again, the original roller must drink that amount plus his original roll.

"I thought you said it was simple."
"Dude, just turn the damn lights out."
"I wanna play!"
"Ok, turn the light back on."
