Fuzzy Duck is a tongue twister word game. When played at a fast pace, and with more and more inebriation, this drinking game gets more and more challenging. Players are penalized with a drink for every mistake, so 'more challenging' only means 'more hysterical' as the foul-ups mount up and everyone's getting shitfaced.
***below-paragraph-1.shtml***Before you start, you need to get a few cases of beer or plenty of hard liquor (if you want to play with shots). It's generally a good idea to have at least 10 people set to play, but you can start with as few as 4 people.
Seat the group in a circle, and select one player to start the game by saying "Fuzzy Duck." The person to the right of them repeats the same phrase, then they to the person to the right of them, and so on. This will continue until someone changes the direction with "Does He?" which will be pronounced as "Duzzy". Now play moves to the left. In the new direction the phrase becomes "Ducky Fuzz" (instead of 'Fuzzy Duck'), and will continue in this direction, until someone mixes it up with another Duzzy where it will rotate back to the right again.
Anytime someone messes up what is being said, either by mispronouncing the words, or mixing up the order of the phrase, they have to take a chug of beer. Also, if anyone plays out of turn or messes up the rhythm of the game, they have to take a drink as well. Commonly, you will have people swapping words at first, or just forget the rotation. To mess with the stragglers, some will even purposely turn to the wrong person when they say their phrase, which has the double reward of messing up the person they're looking at and the person that's supposed to go next, so they both have to drink.
The game takes new heights when people start making mistakes and the weird questions and comments start to come out...for example, people will often mistake "Ducky Fuzz" by saying "Duzzy Fuck" (Does He Fuck?), and confuse "Fuzzy Duck" with "Fucky Duzz" (Fuck He Does). As more people are chugging down their beers, the responses get better and better, and you'll have a hysterical game going. These mistakes regularly catch the perpetrators off guard as well, and some of them are surprised to find themselves cussing. The sweet and innocents are always the funnest to see caught using profanity unawares.
There is really no "end" to the game. People will just begin to pass out or drop out as the game goes on....or when you are out of beer. The last person sitting is deemed the winner, if you make it that far. If you want to limit it to an hour or so, you can, but as long as you're having fun, who cares right?
Same player can't repeat the same phrase within 1 round. (ie - if a player said "Fuzzy Duck" in the first round and play comes all the way around in the same direction, he can't repeat "Fuzzy Duck", he has to say "Duzzy")
This rule is generally not needed, but if your game play is somehow turning out to be a mostly one-way affair, then you may want to implement this rule to change it up from monotony.
Players have to alternate saying "Fuzzy Duck" and "Ducky Fuzz" when they go around, instead of repeating one phrase until the direction is changed. You can still say "Duzzy" to change direction, but this alternative variation to the game causes more adjustments to be made, so it adds to the difficulty and frequency of mistakes.
