Cops and Robbers Party
Everyone knows college is about the parties. Anyone that tells you otherwise took life too seriously. It's time to crack out the beer, and live it up. Here's a kick ass idea for a theme party that your fraternity or whomever can hold.
The theme is cops and robbers. While the topic can become lame if it isn't executed right, you can have the party of the century with this theme. Just make sure you don't' flake on the entertainment, otherwise you are going to have a serious bust.
***below-paragraph-1.shtml***Now, theme, how are you going to handle it? This is the most important part of your party. If you don't specify the rules, you are going to end up sad. Now, everyone knows you want to find the hot chick wearing the police outfit, am I right? So, you need to set this up where guys dress in black burglar garbs (black tops, pants, and masks), or prison garbs, etc. Who cares what they look like?
For the ladies, you'll want them to come dressed as the sexy cop set to bust the party. You can give prizes for the best outfit, and give out free pairs of handcuffs to the most arresting beauty that you find. This can be a great way for a Fraternity and Sorority to have a mixer as well. You can even do a variation of this theme party where every guy and girl is matched up and handcuffed together for the night, via zip ties.
Drinks for this party should be dangerous, avoid stale favorites like beer. Take on flaming drinks and hard booze. This is the ultimate party. But with the hard booze don't jack it up with a bunch of fruity drinks. Make them sting hard. Tequila shots, flaming rum, you know, the basics brother.
When you are setting up the decoration in the house, keep the main area full of bars on the wall, and have fake bars over the windows. You can setup the bedroom with a prison theme that will allow the women to interrogate the robber of their choice in if they like.
Food for this event is typical stuff, chips, popcorn, and other little munchies. Don't drag out the vegetable sticks and fancy cheeses. This isn't really prison, ya know what I mean?
One more thing, be sure you have one hell of a night. Dance if you feel like it, and crank the music up loud. College doesn't last forever, don't waste it by taking the safe route, life on the edge can be a lot more fun.
